Wymondham may suit a relaxed lifestyle

The small town of Wymondham in Norfolk could be the perfect
destination for people wanting to settle down to a slower pace of
life.
Recent years have seen a growth in the number of people wanting to
move away from busier urban areas and find a more sedate home
town.
Searching for
property for sale in Wymondham could be the ideal option for
anyone with such plans to escape the rat race.
Wymondham is home to around 12,000 people and boasts some historic
buildings - many dating back to the 19th century flint building
tradition.
It is thought the old market cross in the centre of the town was
originally built in 1617 and highlights how long the town's history
stretches bank.
Wymondham is well served by a railway station which offers a
service to nearby Dereham and the station has been voted one of the
country's best stations in the National Rail Awards, complete with
a Brief Encounters-themed restaurant.
The station is only around nine miles south-west of Norwich - with
parking for both cars and cycles at the station - making it ideal
for the commuter.
There are also regular local bus services and it is just eight
minutes' walk from the centre of Wymondham.
Residents and visitors can also enjoy a number of local
attractions, including the Amazona Zoo, the Radar Museum and
Sandringham. For days out, the town is also just a short drive from
some stunning countryside locations and a number of
beaches.
