UK property market headed to 3-year high

The property market has been strong in the UK in the early part of 2013, as demand and good support from the government in the Budget has led to buyers and estate agents alike looking to more positive health down the line.

And now one organisation has said that the sector is headed towards a three-year consistent high, with the number of sales driving the market forward again.

The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (Rics) reports that there was an 11 per cent rise in the number of enquiries made by new buyers throughout March.

It also went on to add that there had been an increase in the sales volumes, with the average number of completed deals per agent on the Rics books growing to 17.4.

This was the highest number seen at any time since March of 2010 and the third month in a row where prices have increased.ADNFCR-1222-ID-801568636-ADNFCR
