Sellers boost houses for sale in Brecon?

Buyers hoping to invest in property for sale in Brecon may benefit from an influx of sellers returning to the UK property market.

According to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rics), the number of houses for sale in Brecon and across England and Wales increased during April.

Rics figures show that 18 per cent more chartered surveyors experienced a rise in new instructions, up four percentage points from March.

In addition, new buyer enquiries moved to a net balance of zero per cent, with good weather bringing the series out of negative figures for the first time in ten months.

Average sales figures per surveyor rose in the last quarter to 15.2, with newly agreed sales also increasing in April.

The latest Rics figures are good news for those trying to sell houses for sale in Brecon.
