Property for sale in Bournemouth set for leisure boost?

Property for sale in Bournemouth could increase in value over the coming years, with a number of development projects in the offing.

Bournemouth Borough Council recently reached an agreement with Morgan Sindall Investments to build a mixed-use development.

The 20-year project will cost between £350 and £500 million and is set to include leisure attractions, shops, offices and residential property for sale in Bournemouth.

Developments will be spread over a total of 20 different sites throughout the town centre.

Morgan Sindall Investments executive chairman Ernie Battey explained: "We are delighted to be bringing our expertise in major urban regeneration and the delivery of community-based public-private partnership projects to this exciting scheme which is set to help transform and rejuvenate the centre of Bournemouth."

Osborne Bournemouth Limited is also set to develop a new state-of-the-art multi-screen cinema, restaurant and shopping facility, which will include rooftop gardens and an amphitheatre.

The project, which was approved in February, will refurbish the existing Pavilion Gardens site.ADNFCR-1222-ID-800468856-ADNFCR
