Price boost for property for sale in Suffolk?

The price of property for sale in Suffolk increased in February, figures have revealed.

According to the latest data from the Land Registry's House Price Index, the east of England saw the largest monthly rise in prices.

Houses for sale in Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, and other eastern counties rose by 1.2 per cent on average, the index has revealed.

Overall, February house prices show a drop of 0.8 per cent since January 2011.

Property for sale in London saw the largest annual price growth, with an increase of 3.2 per cent compared to February 2010 figures.

Also including Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire, the east England region is known for its rural landscape and countryside and seaside towns.

Directly north of London, houses for sale in Essex, Norfolk and other eastern counties offer rural surroundings with easy access to the capital.
