Leeds housing development increases Yorkshire appeal

Property hunters who are interested in property for sale in Yorkshire will be pleased to hear about a new development in Leeds which has been unveiled.

The region is prime for property purchase at the moment and its housing capabilities have been increased by an addition of 150 new homes in the Woodlesford region of the city. The development consists of 132 new homes, with 98 for rent and 34 for sale.

Councillor Peter Gruen of Leeds City Council said: “It is fantastic to be able to open these two new developments which offer a good number of new affordable homes.

"We have worked with Accent on a number of new projects across the city but the Fairfields estate is Accent’s biggest development in Leeds, providing 132 new homes"

A block of flats in nearby Sheffield was recently unveiled following its regeneration, meaning increased numbers of flats to rent in Yorkshire
