Holiday houses for sale in Norfolk see spring boost

Holiday property for sale in Norfolk is starting to attract buy attention, estate agents in the county report.

Ian Harris, from the Norfolk branch of the National Association of Estate Agents, says now is the time of year when buyer interest rises in houses for sale in Norfolk.

People who look to buy a second home, retirement spot or a place for the summer holidays, may be attracted to property for sale in Norfolk due to its proximity to nature reserves and seaside resorts.

However, sales are depending on good pricing, according to Norfolk estate agents.

Mr Harris explained: "Buyers seeing all the available stock are only viewing those which they perceive are sensibly priced and negotiating from there."

The UK housing market received a buyer interest boost in March, with a "sharp rise" in the number of property inquiries.

According to the latest NAEA market report, an average of 290 house hunters per branch registered with estate agents.ADNFCR-1222-ID-800509912-ADNFCR
