High time to consider High Wycombe to live in

Many people seek property to rent in High Wycombe, given its proximity to the business and financial hub that is London. However, there's much more to the Buckinghamshire town than being a satellite state of the capital. It has plenty to offer of its own merit to those looking to settle down in the area.

The town is famous for being a market town, having held markets along the main high street since medieval times, while the town also has a strong reputation for industry, specifically furniture making. Nowadays, while still keeping up with its traditions, it has much more of a reputation for modern pursuits such as shopping and leisure.

Shopping has drawn many more people to the town from neighbouring regions thanks to the newly-built Eden Shopping Centre. It is not just shopping that High Wycombe's town centre can boast however, a museum, a hospital and a newly-renovated university campus building all populate the inner-sanctum of High Wycombe.

Such developments have led to a number of new flats, bars and restaurants popping up in the town as it continues to grow as a lively metropolis.

The town is well located at the side of the M40, in a prime location for travel north to Birmingham as well as into London. Although, High Wycombe rail station offers commuters who don't wish to take to the roads the opportunity for travel. The station is centrally located just off one of the main roads in the town while the bus station is also handy for residents.

High Wycombe has undergone massive developments over recent decades to make it into the lively, enjoyable town that it is today. It remains popular with commuters but perhaps now is becoming more and more of an attractive option to buy a house or rent a property in on its own rights. ADNFCR-1222-ID-800761975-ADNFCR
