Clydesdale Bank 'provides competitive mortgages for homebuyers'

Clydesdale Bank has launched a new mortgage offer for people looking to buy houses for sale in the UK, which it says provides homebuyers with a competitive product.

The deal allows Signature Account customers to benefit from its range of home loans, such as its five-year residential fixed-rate loan, which comes at a charge of 4.29 per cent for 65 per cent loan-to-value (LTV) or 4.79 per cent for 75 per cent LTV.

Retail director for Clydesdale Bank Steve Reid said this demonstrates the financial services firm's focus on "supporting both new and existing customers".

"This exclusive offer for our Signature Account holders is another example of our commitment to continue to provide competitive mortgages," he commented.

The Daily Mail recently gave advice to homebuyers on how to choose the ideal mortgage product for them, saying there are "decent" fixed-rate loans at Nationwide, as well as Peterborough, Nottingham and Norwich building societies.ADNFCR-1222-ID-800327725-ADNFCR
