Caterham could be "commuter heaven"

Caterham could be "commuter heaven"

People who need to regularly travel into London for work should consider property for sale in Caterham.

Located just 18 miles away from the centre of the capital and eight from Croydon, Caterham has good transport links, including frequent services into London that take less than an hour - making it an ideal base for commuters. There are eight bus routes which will connect you with Croydon, East Grinstead and Oxted, while you are never far from a major road network.

As well as being well-placed, the surrounding area is also great for enjoying some days out. Close by is the North Downs Way, which is a National Trail. The route runs from Farnham to Dover and goes by Godalming, Guildford, Dorking and along the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and Kent Downs AONB.

Of course, Caterham is also associated with the car manufacturer Caterham, which made the Caterham 7 sports model, but they have since moved production to a larger site in Crawley.

If you prefer sport, then there are two football clubs in the shape of Caterham Pumas and Queens Park FC, while a spot of cricket can be enjoyed at the shared ground with the town's rugby club.
