Buy-to-let prospects in Manchester are very good

Landlords are currently seeing good rental yields in most parts of the UK as demand for these types of properties is remaining high while people struggle with the costs of buying.

However, according to one expert, those who are looking for some of the best prospects in the buy-to-let market should turn their attention to property to rent in Manchester.

Julie Twist, managing director at Julie Twist Properties, said that the health of this market is good, with prices likely to rise further for monthly rental costs as of the start of the year when demand is high.

"We have found quite a few more people are buying to rent out or are buying for students who are studying in Manchester so that they can share accommodation with friends and things like that. A few people are starting to consider it again," the expert said.

She went on to add that the prospects in the property market mean that it is all positive for landlords at the moment.ADNFCR-1222-ID-801445015-ADNFCR
