Bristol's appeal continues for relocators

The city of Bristol continues to attract a whole host of new residents every year due to its wide choice of facilities and welcoming atmosphere.

Of course, the local universities plan a key role in the annual change in locals and the University of Bristol has in the past been named among the world's top 30 by QS World University Rankings, with more students choosing to stay in the city after graduation than almost any other city.

For many its location makes it an ideal residential base, as it is just two hours from London, the Midlands and Cornwall, while Cardiff and Newport can be reached in around half an hour, so there is plenty of demand for property for sale in Bristol.

The M4 motorway goes to London, passing through areas such as Swindon and Reading, while the M5 links Bristol to Gloucester, Worcester and Birmingham to the north, along with Weston-super-Mare, Burnham-on-Sea, Taunton and Exeter to the south.

There is also a vibrant culture and entertainment scene in the city, with plenty of events happening throughout the year, including live music, art shows and theatre performances.

For sport fans then there is Bristol City and Bristol Rovers playing in the football league, Gloucestershire County Cricket Club and Bristol Rugby to help provide the live action.ADNFCR-1222-ID-801840493-ADNFCR
