Barking may provide commuting base

The suburb of Barking in London could be a possible relocation destination for those looking to remain within easy reach of the capital.

There are regular train and London Underground services to the City from Barking, which makes that daily trip in and out of the office a little easier.

However, Barking has lot more to offer than just being convenient to London. It is home to around 8,000 residents and there is a wealth of property for sale in Barking that will appeal to single professionals, couples and families.

In 2008, Barking's town square picked up a top price for its urban design and there has been significant investment in the area's infrastructure in recent years that have helped ensure there is a wealth of top class facilities.

Combined with the arrival of the London 2012 Olympics, local residents have seen Barking transformed into a great place to live that balances a more sedate pace of life with the ability to enjoy all of London's attractions.

There are a number of opens spaces, which cater for a whole host of activities, including fishing, horse riding and cycling.

For those with children still at school there are a number of primary schools and a secondary school, while older and adult learners will be able to benefit from the wide number of courses available at the Barking Learning Centre.ADNFCR-1222-ID-801799324-ADNFCR
